You have 5 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All bodysuits, accessories, swimwear, Holiday sale and discount code items are FINAL SALE. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
House of Glamour ny is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPSYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
